Join us for a transformative 3-day retreat designed to deepen your connection between mind, body, and spirit. Na’au Pono invites you to explore the intelligence of energy, release burdens, and align with your true essence through guided practices, discussions, and experiential learning.
Day 1 - Energy Intelligence
Understanding energy is key. Discover how thoughts, emotions, and choices impact your physical body.
Day 2 - Energy Movement Transformation
Experience the impact that carrying burdens creates in the body. Explore the Na’au and how to bring it into alignment (Pono). Strengthen the body-brain connection and practice Energy Movement Transformation (EMT) techniques, including guided hypno-exploration.
