Conscious Dance is a gentle invitation to return home to your body through movement, inner listening, and a felt experience of music. It is a practice of deep presence – an opportunity to be fully with what is alive for you in the moment, and allowing it to move through you. Dance can be a wonderful modality to nurture a deeper connection to your body and breath, as well as with others. It supplies a safe space to express and embody, which can become a pathway to profound healing, as well as a playful exploration of wonder and wild curiosity!

All ages, bodies, and movement levels are welcome, no prior dance experience necessary. 

If you are new to this practice, it is normal to feel a little nervous. The breath is a wonderful ally to help you return to yourself and your experience, rather than focusing on others.
