Book Study: The Enneagram: Understanding Yourself and Others in Your Life
Last Day Tuesday, May 7th

10:30 am - 12 noon

Hybrid

“The Enneagram is an ancient teaching that describes nine different personality types and their interrelationships. The teaching can help us to recognize our own type and how to cope with our issues; understand our work associates, lovers, family, and friends; and to appreciate the predisposition that each type has for higher human capacities such as empathy, omniscience, and love.”

— Helen Palmer

Join us as we explore Helen Palmer’s book, The Enneagram: Understanding Yourself and the Others in Your Life, and learn more about our own Enneagram Types.  We will begin to understand ourselves and how we relate to others better by identifying the things about our personality that keep us protected and blocked from our true selves.  We begin to open ourselves up to new connections to ourselves, others, and the divine through somatic practices, discussions, and meditations. Join us as we read Helen’s book and learn more about The Narrative Enneagram creating a more compassionate world for ourselves and others.
